  • How do I become a Greggy Girl retailer? Currently, Greggy Girl is opening new accounts for brick and mortar stores only.  In order to become a Greggy Girl retailer, you would need to complete an approval process.  Please email or fax us your store name, shipping and billing address, owner's name, two phone numbers, tax id #, and a list of the other brands you carry in your store.  We will also need to know how long you have been in business. 

    Where can I purchase the Greggy Girl lines for my store?

    Greggy Girl is proud to have corporate showrooms both in Atlanta Americasmart and the Dallas Market Center.  We also have a presence at all major trade shows by way of sales reps and Greggy Girl employees.  Please visit our show dates page for more info on that. We are also happy to take orders from our online catalog.  You are now


    What type of payment terms do you accept?

    All first time customers would need to complete a credit card authorization form, found on the "Greggy Girl Forms" page, and fax it to us at (281) 915-4569.  We also accept Paypal and pre-payment.  We no longer offer net 30 terms to any new account.  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 


    Do you have a minimum order?

    Greggy Girl requires a 14 piece minimum order of clothing. Accessories cannot be ordered alone.  The clothing does not have to be all in the same style or group, but they come pre-packed in at least 1's across in each size run i.e. 12M-24M, 2T-4T, 4-6X, 7-10, 12-16.  You do not have to buy a style in every size run. Authorized Greggy Girl retailers are chosen based on an application basis and photos of your store. It is necessary that the retailer's image is consistent with the Greggy Girl image.


    Is it okay to download pictures directly from your site?

    If you are an authorized Greggy Girl retailer in good standing and have ordered current season merchandise, then you may download photos for promotional use of the Greggy Girl brand only.  


    What are your completion dates?

    Greggy Girl does not abide by completion dates.  Rather, we use "start ship" and "out of warehouse" dates, which is the date merchandise begins to leave our warehouse and the approximate date it  will leave the warehouse.  Those dates are printed on our order forms for each season.  No merchandise is guaranteed before the out of warehouse date on each order form.  However, you may request that your merchandise be held for later shipment than the "start ship" date.  Handwritten "out of warehouse" dates on our order forms will not be honored, whether written by a sales representative or a customer.


    What is your cancellation policy?

    We cut to order. We begin production of merchandise within 14 days of order placement.  Any changes and/or cancellations to your order are accepted only in writing within 14 days of placing your original order, whether it be at market, from a sales rep or on the internet.  All changes and/or cancellations must be faxed to us at ((713) 893-6463 or mailed to us at:  2031 Anders Ln. Ste. C, Kemah, TX  77565.  Any cancellations made after the 14-day grace period will not be accepted, or will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the amount of merchandise that is cancelled.


    What about refusal of shipments?

    Any shipment that is refused is subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount refused as well as shipping charges to and from the store.  Stores that refuse merchandise on a consistent basis will not be shipped in the future. Also, if a box is refused on the first shipment of the season, additional products will not be shipped.


    What is your return policy?

    Returns are accepted only with a pre-approved return authorization number.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  If a replacement is needed, it will be shipped out upon receipt of the return.  If no replacement is needed, a credit will be issued to your Greggy Girl account toward future purchases only. 


    Do you fill re-orders?

    There is no guarantee that the merchandise you re-order will be in stock in the size/style you request.  There is a one size run minimum requirement on re-orders (2t-4t, 4-6x or 7-10). 


    Are there any specific wash instructions for your clothing?

    Most Greggy Girl items are machine washable and instructions are to line dry.  All items have care and wash instructions in the label.


    Does Greggy Girl clothing run true to size?

    Greggy Girl sportswear is considered to run "true to size and age." There are exceptions depending on the child.
